Our Principals Jeffrey F. Kaytis Jeffrey F. Kaytis is the grandson of the founder of See Neefus, Inc. As his grandfather and father before him, Mr. Kaytis continues to guide the growth and future of the agency. Upon graduation from Chamberlayne College of Boston, Massachusetts in 1982, Mr. Kaytis joined the family business. Over the years he has assumed various roles and responsibilities within the organization, becoming a principal in 1988. Mr. Kaytis's current responsibilities for NSA include Personal and Commercial Lines Sales as well as overseeing the Marine, Claims and Personal Lines Underwriting Departments. Peter J. Sabat Peter J. Sabat joined See Neefus, Inc. in 1990, and became a principal in 1993. A 1987 graduate of Fairfield University, Mr. Sabat has a bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer science. Upon graduation, he was recruited by Cigna Insurance Company to complete their exclusive Executive Training Program. After which, he began his career as a Business Insurance Production Underwriter for Cigna. He joined See Neefus, Inc. to broaden his knowledge of the insurance business and to assist the general public and business with their insurance needs. Mr. Sabat's responsibilities for NSA include Personal and Commercial Lines Sales as well as overseeing the Financial, Sales and Business Underwriting Departments, and developing new Business Venture Opportunities. John V. Stype, CIC John V. Stype is the son of Valentine Stype, founder of Val Stype and Sons, Inc. As his father before him, Mr. Stype continues to guide the growth and future of the agency. Mr. Stype began his career
in the insurance industry in 1975, after obtaining his education from Suffolk
Community College. Through the years, he has handled all aspects of running an
insurance agency; personal lines, commercial lines, claim handling, accounting
and staffing issues. In 1984, Mr. Stype became a partner in the agency. He
received his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, in 1992. In 2004, Mr. Stype served as
President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Suffolk County.
A recipient of the annual 2004 Charlie Award for Public Relations for his
participation on several NY Insurance Association communications and branding
task forces, leadership in introducing the national Trusted Choice branding
program and developing local media contacts. Mr. Stype is also active in
his community having coached soccer and basketball, serving as coordinator of a
local CYO program for 2 years. He
is currently a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Mattituck Chamber of
Commerce, Aquebogue/Jamesport Chamber of Commerce and the Mattituck High School
Business Advisory Board. John M. Kosciusko John M. Kosciusko joined See Neefus, Inc. as an Account Executive, in the spring of 1997. A 1993 graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Mr. Kosciusko has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance & Insurance. Upon graduation he joined the firm of T.R. Winston in New York, a full service Investment Banking and Brokerage Firm. After acquiring a wealth of knowledge in the investment banking industry, he accepted a position as a credit analyst at The Suffolk County National Bank in 1995, overseeing all the direct loan for over 22 branches. In the spring of 1997, he became part of the Neefus-Stype Agency. Mr. Kosciusko's responsibilities for NSA are to specialize in the evaluation and development of both Personal and Commercial accounts.Randal J. Morreale Randal J. Morreale joined The Neefus-Stype, Inc. in June of 1998, as an Account Executive. A 1992 graduate of S.U.N.Y.
College at Brockport, Mr. Morreale has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a
concentration in Business Finance. Upon graduation, he began his career with
John Hancock Financial Services, as a life insurance and investment advisor. He
later expanded and diversified his product knowledge to include group health
insurance and property and casualty risk experience. Mr. Morreale currently
oversees the life and health department at Neefus-Stype, Inc.
His daily responsibilities include developing group health, life,
personal and commercial insurance programs for clientele. Mr. Morreale is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Riverhead Free Library, Rotary International of Riverhead, the Eastern Long Island Executives Business Roundtable, and the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce.
