Jeffrey F. Kaytis
Jeffrey F. Kaytis is the grandson of, J. Furman Neefus, the founder of See Neefus, Inc. As his grandfather and father before him, Mr. Kaytis continues to guide the growth and future of the agency.
Upon graduation from Chamberlayne College of Boston, Massachusetts in 1982, Mr. Kaytis joined the family business. Over the years he has assumed various roles and responsibilities within the organization, becoming a principal in 1988.
Mr. Kaytis’s current responsibilities for NSA include Personal and Commercial Lines Sales as well as overseeing the Marine Department.
John V. Stype, CIC
John V. Stype is the son of Valentine Stype, founder of Val Stype and Sons, Inc. As his father before him, Mr. Stype continues to help guide the growth and future of the agency.
Mr. Stype began his career in the insurance industry in 1975, after obtaining his education from Suffolk Community College. Through the years, he has handled all aspects of running an insurance agency; personal lines, commercial lines, technology, claims management, accounting and staffing issues. In 1984, Mr. Stype became a partner in the agency. He received his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, in 1992. Val Stype & Sons, Inc. merged with See Neefus Inc. in 1999, forming Neefus-Stype Agency Inc.
Mr. Stype has served on several Insurance Company Agency councils. He is currently a member of the Peerless Insurance Company council and the Board of Directors of the Adirondack Insurance Exchange, a division of One Beacon Insurance Company.
In 2004, Mr. Stype served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Suffolk County. He is the recipient of the IIABNY 2004 Charlie Award for Public Relations. This award recognizes his participation on several NY Insurance Association communications and branding task forces, leadership in introducing the national Trusted Choice branding program and developing local media contacts. Mr. Stype was a panel member on News 12 TV program “At Issue” with Lea Terrell, in 2004. The program addressed hurricanes and their effects on insurance. Mr. Stype has also lobbied in Albany and Washington on behalf of our insured’s for over 18 years.
Mr. Stype is an active community member, having coached soccer and basketball, serving as coordinator of a local CYO program for 2 years and volunteering at his local parish. He is currently a member of the Knights of Columbus, Mattituck Chamber of Commerce, Mattituck High School Business Advisory Board and the Loyal Order of Moose.
Mr. Stype's current responsibilities for NSA include Personal and Commercial Lines Sales and Technology Management.
Peter J. Sabat
Peter J. Sabat joined See Neefus, Inc. in 1990 and earned a Partner role in 1993.
A 1987 graduate of Fairfield University, Mr. Sabat has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Upon graduation, he was recruited by Cigna Insurance Company to complete their exclusive International Executive Management Training Program. Upon graduation from the Program, he began his career as a Business Insurance Production Underwriter in Cigna’s Long Island Regional Office. Over the next few years, he achieved various levels of underwriting expertise while at Cigna. In 1990, Mr. Sabat accepted an offer to join See Neefus, Inc., an Independent Insurance Agency, which provided him the opportunity to utilize his broad insurance and business background to assist the general public and businesses with their insurance concerns and needs.
Virginia A. McGrath – Principal- Three Village Bennett Agency- began her insurance career at the Three Village Bennett Agency with the original owners Watson L. Bennett and Andrew Plath in 1981. From the Three Village Bennett Agency Virginia joined the insurance firm of Marsh & Mc Lennon. As fate would have it she rejoined Three Village Bennett Agency with second owner Peter Nowick Jr. in 1996 becoming President, COO until she was made a partner and President in 2000.
Randal J. Morreale
Randal J. Morreale joined The Neefus-Stype, Inc. in June of 1998, becoming a Partner in 2006.
A 1992 graduate of S.U.N.Y. College at Brockport, Mr. Morreale has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Business Finance. Upon graduation, he began his career with John Hancock Financial Services, as a life insurance and investment advisor. He later expanded and diversified his product knowledge to include property and casualty risk experience.
Mr. Morreale is currently a member of Rotary International of Riverhead, the Eastern Long Island Executives Business Roundtable, and the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Riverhead Free Library.
Mr. Morreale’s current responsibilities for NSA include oversight of the Benefits and Financial Services Departments and Sales.
John M. Kosciusko
John M. Kosciusko joined See Neefus, Inc. as an Account Executive, in the spring of 1997 and became a Partner 2006.
A 1993 graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Mr. Kosciusko has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance & Insurance. Upon graduation he joined the firm of T.R. Winston in New York, a full service Investment Banking and Brokerage Firm. After acquiring a wealth of knowledge in the investment banking industry, he accepted a position as a credit analyst at The Suffolk County National Bank in 1995, overseeing all the direct loans for over 22 branches. In the spring of 1997, he accepted a position with See Neefus,Inc. now known as the Neefus-Stype Agency.
Mr. Kosciusko’s community involvements include being an active member of Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks of the USA and the Southampton Golf Club.
Mr. Kosciusko's responsibilities for NSA include Sales and the oversight of the Personal/Commercial Lines and Claims Departments.
A. Joseph Stepnoski
Joe Stepnoski joined the Neefus-Stype Agency, as a Sales Executive, in August of 2003.
Mr. Stepnoski specializes in evaluating and developing small to large size commercial insurance accounts in addition to personal insurance sales and insurance programs for volunteer fire districts and vineyards and wineries.
A lifelong resident, Mr. Stepnoski is graduate of the Riverhead Central School District and 1995 graduate of St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, NY. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After almost ten years of small business management and corporate sales and management experience with Computer Associates (CA), Mr. Stepnoski joined The Neefus-Stype Agency as an insurance sales agent.
Joe resides in Aquebogue with his wife Jenn.
David M. Fujita
Mr. Puccio specializes in evaluating and developing small to medium sized commercial insurance accounts in addition to personal insurance and Life and Health insurance sales.
Having summered in Cutchogue since 1978, Chip made the North Fork his permanent home in 2001. Mr. Puccio is a graduate of Manhasset High School and 1991 graduate of Skidmore College. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After an 11 year career in advertising sales in Manhattan, Chip worked as a Realtor for 8 years locally and most recently as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.
Chip's hobbies include golfing, sailing, fishing and the outdoors.
Chip resides in Aquebogue with his wife Emily who is a teacher in the Riverhead School District.
